I have an identical trailer, you cannot overload them with stone/ soil, they are not big enough.
We don’t say “dung “ around here
Well the lad hasn't tipped it over on a roundabout, stoved it into a ditch, wedged it under a bridge, nor driven into a leccy pole in the middle of a 50 acre field. So he's got a better track record than 50% of other drivers.

How much weight of stone/soil can you get on one?
I assume you have a fair idea if you say you can’t overload them.
And no number plate for a retrospective bust.

I would have liked the copper to have asked Dad to pop out and have a chat with him... And of course, that was agricultural usage...

Bricks and mud the load was carrying allegedly!
And to be honest, 50 odd years ago, the biggest trailers would take 8ton, not 20!! Tractors max speed of 20mph etc.
and neither tractor or trailer brakes would of been close to how good they are on that outfit. I think the boys answer to weight should of been its about 18ton gross

40 years ago we were using converted lorry trailers 10 tonne load on a single axle with a Ford 4000 and 14-15 on a twin axle on a 6600 with brakes worked by pulling the lift lever. If you could get them out of seventh you were doing well.
My OH bought a tractor from a farm sale and decided to drive it back home. He got completely lost and confused at Gloucester and ended up going down the slip road onto the M5. Fortunately a lorry driver saw what was happening and stopped him before he actually got onto the motorway, and he managed to reverse back up to the roundabout. It was a close call. In the days before Sat Navs and there must have been a lot less traffic about than now.
I think I wrote a letter to Gloucestershire County Council about the lack of signs for non-motorway traffic but I don't recall getting a reply.

I thought the copper was pretty fair to be honest, might have been different if the camera wasn't there.

Seemed like Grandstanding to me....

They are supposed to carry 10 tonne, I am told this is worked out on the heaviest stuff known, Irish clay, mine has had 200mm greedy boards added and well loaded just about gets 10 tonne of stone in, 5 tonne of wheat max.
