Who keeps a tractor for thirty years and only does 2600 hours??
My 8240 was sold at four yr old with 8000 hrs and a noisy box

There are plenty around. MF 4355 with loader today near Daventry,03 reg just 1900 hours on.

I dont know.I rang the auctioneers about it and they said it was genuine.I wanted to go to the sale but couldnt get.Too far for me,over 300 mile away,but im looking for a smaller low houred loader tractor. Would probably cost me £500 or so to get it back home as well.

A jd 7810 was sold a while back with 950hrs in mint condition for 180k$. New price in 98 was 85k. Some said it was a crazy price to pay but if you go buy a near new tractor of the same size now it will be full of electronics that won’t last. And it will cost more.

No. I emailed asking about mechanical condition, and price, and got an email back " Come and have a look at it ". Fair enough I suppose, but would like to have known a price before setting off on a long road trip..............

It's just up the road from here in the scheme of things but would expect prices to be off the clock for stuff (as usually for farm sale ) but even more so with it being so genuine stuff.
