Tractor radiator screen diy

Evening folks,
Has anyone made a screen for the radiator? Our buckrake tractor is getting grass in the rads a lot and it’s a real pig to blow out. You can’t get behind the radiator as the cowling covers a lot and the fan blades are near overlapping so it’s hard to blow out.
I wondered if there was a firm who made pull out screens for radiators to fit on our own and that would hopefully take a lot of the muck away from the rad. We can wash the rads on the front easy but the engine water rad is a real pain to do.
Anyone come up with a simple fix or had anything made for it.
thanks
Mark

I’m sure it would be easy to make your own, I’ve often wondered if you could set up a pipe with holes in it that you could blast air across the rad from the cab

yeah I just want something which we can pull out and wipe off and put back and then it keeps the worse out and then it’s easy to blow out. It’s the grass which blocks the rads and won’t let the dust pass through. I’d like a kit what I can pop rivet onto the rad frame and slide a screen in and tap out a few times a day if needed.

The cheapest solution is net Curtin the same as used inside windows . We used it years ago on a Mf 50 hx putting up silage . The grass couldn’t stick to it, it worked a treat. Every time you stopped the machine the grass just all fell off .

Weird that any of us find ourselves having to ask in this day and age.
JDs come with them, easily slid out...but they're often very fragile where mesh joins plastic frame.
Older models far less prone to drawing carp in.....newer one piece bonnets seem to be the issue.

CAT TH.....can't get in to blow it back out

I used net curtin wrapped around the front of our Ford 7610 years ago when we were working on burnt stubble.

They could do with designing a small version of what’s on a self propelled, essentially a rotary hoover that constantly sucks stuff off the rads. Can be flat out in the dryest, dustiest conditions and the rads never, ever need blowing out
