Tractors that never made production

profi been recently featuring articles on tractors from zetor and mccormick about tractors never made it to production, or if did were pulled from the market very quickly,
Out of interest is board of directors that make the decision to pull model from production or dealers ?

That’s all fairly normal. Part of the design process - more machines get the gas axe than make production.

So is it safe to assume that some designs slip thru the gas axe mans net?

The Davy Broon 94 series and MF500 series spring to mind....
unfair about the mf 500 series, agree about the dbs, harry fergusons LTX tractor springs to mind, would have been a great tractor,as a ford fan you forgot the JERK O MATIC, i mean select-o-speed lol, need i say more
