Yes. They asked, but i hadn't received my Certificate of Conformity for the year at the time. I had a quick rummage around my office for my compliance report & the chap said that the office looks organised & the farm/yard looks up together, so he's happy to tick his box. This was a visit to take some official grain samples of Milling Wheat, so while it didn't occur to me that they may not have any right to see the Certificate, I didn't see any point in being obstructive, and had nothing to hide, so was as accommodating as possible. Nice chap, polite and very 'human'.

Had a Trading Standards inspection a while back. They asked about RT assurance. As I’m not RT assured I couldn’t show them anything, and they weren’t to bothered. They checked some animals in the shed had water!

Has anybody had a trading standards inspection where the inspector has asked to see their assurance inspection report ?

Had an inspection just before CV pandemic and the inspector did not even know what RT was. All she wanted to see was our fuel tank, grain store with haccp doc, weighbridge calibration cert and then asked a few questions about where our crops end up in the food chain. It was all very pleasant and lasted about an hour.
