Gave my trailer a freshen up last year.

Do you have a sandblaster?

I took the side panels off and had them blasted, zinc powder primer and a powder coat top coat. The bed was sanded with an angle grinder with a sanding attachment and a wire brush. The bed and chassis was coated in a one pack primer finish.
