Transmission or hydraulic dip stick?

Can anyone identify this dip stick, is it transmission or hydraulic level?

Its transmission dipstick. Take it out and clean it then paint it white or black so oil shows up easier.
Run machine few minutes stop and check level straight away.

Looks very oily around there? It may be over full and blowing it out dipstick?

Thanks, needs a top up then

The oily shine on everything is my fault, went wild with the WD40, saves anything rusting

Trans Oil is a 10w-30 specific JCB transmission oil (at least it is for my 531 6 speeder) rather than red ATF. The filter is reached thro a wee bolt off panel under the boom.

Defo degrease all that WD40 off the rubber parts etc. Engine bay wants to be dry and dust free.
