They say the good die young....but far too many in farming accidents, was this on the farm or on the road?

Sincere condolences to his family and friends, he will obviously be greatly missed.

A real nice genuine hardworking guy it looks like the tractor hit a sort of concrete well on the side of the road and catapaulted him through the front windscreen it was on a narrow Devon lane

That photo was taken on my stag do at Newcastle!! One hell of a nice genuine hardworking party loving person you could wish to meet always up for a laugh ,always up for a beer but never shyed away from work or helping people . The saying the good die young has never been so fitting!!
Many a night spent with Todd watching made dog, finish at 3 am and Todd up for milking at half 4. Not only did he work extremely hard, but he was an exceptional herdsman, some people just knew cows and Todd was one of those people

Such a nice lad. A genuine herdsman through and through. One that you would feel privileged to have working for you. A terrible shock and loss to the farming community. Words are inadequate to express the sorrow felt but deep condolences to his family and all who knew him. I hope that the knowledge that so many held him in such high esteem will be of some comfort at this awful time.

And that is why seat belts are fitted to tractors.

None of us wear them ever but here is a reason to but sadly too late for this guy.

I lost a friend from college in 1993 in a car crash and its gutting.
Condolences to his family and friends.

Bude grassland society came here last year, I think he was the chairman? We had two coaches full that came that day and Todd was the only one who seemed really interested in what we were doing and was asking lots of questions. He seemed a really good guy.

I lost 2 friends in unrelated accidents only a month apart about 7 or 8 years ago. Sorry to anyone aged reading this but its much easier to accept anyone older dying but when you lose friends in their 20's the grief is very different and its still sometimes hard to believe you're not going to see them again even years later.
