Trimble 750 keypad not working

Just tried to type in the name of a field,first letter was a w came out as a t on screen ,second letter was a came out as e and so on.
What have I done?
Never been used yet,New

Re-calibrate the touch screen.

Sounds like a faulty touchscreen. If it’s failing the TS calibration there’s not much that you can do other than go to dealer and request a repair. If it’s new it should be covered in warranty

I think my fingers are too big ,used my I pad stylus and it worked straight away,
