Trimble FM 750 freezing

My FM 750 screen keeps freezing. When first turned on the Ez Steer screen comes on for the confirmation stage but the touch screen does not react to touch. The main off button on the back of the screen will then not work and the only way to switch the screen off is to disconnect the power source.
The screen will then function normally if the power has been disconnected for long enough which can be 30 minutes or more.

It might be that the memory is overloaded. Try backing up the data to a USB stick and then delete whatever data you don't need from the screen.

If that doesn't work then there's instructions in the user guide how to do a reset.

If that doesn't work then get the dealer involved as it may need to be repaired

You haven't by any chance used the USB port to charge an iPhone?
I can vouch that it's a sure fire way to send it into an eternal boot loop, which will need a 'hard reset'.
