I would say so yes, it depends a bit what you want from it, but it does make the CFX look very dated now. The CFX was never Trimble’s finest hour!

Am I right in saying that the new tractors or gps with isobus gfx 750 will only work sectional control through isobus and you can’t add an older type field iq to do it through an implements control box like you used to

I’m using one with field IQ and think you can us the implement input box with it to use the built in switches for manual section control.

Yes you can use field IQ with the GFX 750 and with newer firmware versions you can use the switchboxes and signal input module

You also need to make sure it is supported with the tractor the screen is controlling, not all machines are supported is my understanding. You might be able to get a trail code to try before you buy.
