I'm totally gutted!!

I've come to the end of the thread. It is just like when I started watching the back catalog of Breaking Bad when the last series was partway through. 6 seasons in about a week then had to learn patience.

I was lurking on DD forum to learn about drill choices but have been wonderfully entertained instead.

Thanks
Don't let this thread put you off the drill.
I have seen it working and it has a unique feature (side closing of the slot) which has a place and does the job intended.
Judge it on its own merits, pros and cons, and your own assessment and not some of the bo!!ocks written on here to exaggerate its abilities, even superpowers, when compared to situations that were unlikely to give a reasonable result !
You may even see something that's not been identified on here. If you do, continue the discussion, we would all like to learn more.
This technique has a place. It's just a case of cost v benefit.

This is the first thread over about 5 pages that I have read from end to end.

Triton Drill - probably the best drill for drilling in wet clay in December in the World. Let down by ridiculous marketing.

My wife was coming home from looking after the grandchildren and a car pulled out and took out the side of the car as the photo shows. Luckily she had dropped the kiddies off first.

However if she had been driving a tractor with a Triton drill on this would not have happened. So this proves that Triton drills prevent car accidents so it must be a safety factor and anyone transporting children should drive with a Triton.
I wonder how much amino A the car will need to mend it?

That would need two applications of AminoA, it is an amazing product but I feel one application would not be enough

Oh sorry, I must have been getting it confused with something else. My mistake!

As has been said above though, it is a clever idea and is no doubt a jolly good drill in the right conditions. A tine drill is of course only a stick that goes into the ground, and there have been a few variations over the years. To reinvent it is therefore actually a fair achievement.
