Oh sorry, I must have been getting it confused with something else. My mistake!
As has been said above though, it is a clever idea and is no doubt a jolly good drill in the right conditions. A tine drill is of course only a stick that goes into the ground, and there have been a few variations over the years. To reinvent it is therefore actually a fair achievement.
I don't think the reinvention of the drill is as successful as the reinvention of marketing.
Design a reasonable drill that has some good points.
Market it by insulting the intelligence your potential customers to help it sell.
