TS110 hydraulic problem

Got a hydraulic gremlin on the TS110.
From cold it works perfectly but when it's been worked for a short while it is losing transmission oil pressure. No spools, lift arms, no drive, no pto brake.
we don't think it's pump related as it works perfectly when it's working.
I'm convinced it's some sort of bypass/dump valve sticking and dumping all the pressure.
occasionally it will un stick and return to normal for a while.

I've also an inclination it could be related to the clutch? Pressing the clutch pedal seems to be a catalyst to make it lose pressure. However there doesn't seem one consistent pattern to make it fail

what hyd pumps ccls or two separate either way get flow and pressure check done, i assume you have changed filters and even oil...

Transmission light will indicate loss of low pressure which will result in loss of hyd's and all what you stated, again what hyd pumps have you got and do you lose steering as well..

Unsure on the pumps. How do I tell?
steering unaffected. Never failed.
can get the light to go off by revving flat out. Sometimes light stays off and everything back to normal

How many hours? I had loss of low pressure side on 6810 fords due to splines gone between pumps. It would come and go.
sh!t in valves would take spools out

Well back to my previous suggestion get a flow and pressure check done, ccls pump is three pumps high and low pressure and steering, if you have a leak in pto,4 w/d,or transmission which is likely as you state clutch pedal seems to affect light [ pedal regulates pressure to clutch pack] then you will lose most things, if you do get a check done make certain the person doing it knows about these or 40 series...
