Turkey weigh

Hi sorry to keep bothering you all with my questions, first thing I’ve ever done with turkeys this year. Weighed an average bird today and weighed 9.2lb what’s it likely to weigh by Christmas there on ablib mole valley turkey finisher. Anything I can do to make them put more on?
Thanks in advance
John

Lots of variables in your question! What age are they currently?
Way back when I dabbled it was (very roughly) 1lb and a bit each week. So if your 9lb bird has 4-5 weeks to go probably 14-15+lb. Most popular size in the meat trade!

DO NOT change anything for the last month - keep doing exactly what you are and the same feed. Any changes are likely to stress the bird (they get stressed very easily) and then come down with Blackhead or something equally awful, and you would be left with one skinny bird from the whole flock.

Got your bags, labels and big cheesy grin ready for the customers?
