Turning ewes over- tips- getting old!

Any useful tips to make life easier? I used to be able to catch a ewe and sit it down over no problem but each year the sheep seem to be getting heavier and more awkward (!) and now I really struggle, as does my husband. I've been having to kneel down and then pull the ewes 2 legs furthest away from me towards me to get her down sideways but this has resulted in a fat lip more than once as the ewe has kicked me on her way down! I'm rather dreading the start of lambing as I just don't have the strength I used to have so need a better and less painful technique. Help!

Have you got a good way of catching the ewe? I find they are usually harder to sit up if they've been run around a pen first and are ready for a fight, rather than when they are caught unawares
