It would include fencing and shepherding.

I've paid 30p / week for neeps 10 miles east in the vale of york, and 60p for grass next foor, 75p 15 miles west. I get free grass 20 miles east If I want it, and get chased to take it (dont want it, its too far from a stock area!) yet Been out bid on good dairy ground keep closer to the dales..........
