Not quite sure what you're after but I've got an Amazon firestick.
It gets loads of intrnet based programmes such as iplayer utube netflix etc and it will mirror your phone so anything you have on a phone or tablet comes up on the telly.
I have a pretty slow briadband, about 1.3, but it seldom stalls. Very pleased with it.

if you have a TV that has android as the operating system you can download kodi from google play store, then there are lots of add ons https://www.kodifiretvstick.com/ better to get a vpn (virtual private network)
