Two cattle pour-ons together

Hello there, got some swish to treat lice in housed cattle. Also got a wormer pour on to do them with as well. Do you reckon they’d be alright being done together or should I leave one of them a week? Cheers

Cydectin triclamox. I had it in my head that it didn’t do external parasites but perhaps I imagined it

It does three types of lice but I see it doesn't do mange mites which might be a problem. I might have used an ivermectin based pour on that will do lice and mange but wouldn't do fluke which might be a problem for you. In that case I might have pushed the boat out and used closamectin.
