Tyres for hedging tractor

My hedging tractor is on 650/65x38.
Today one of the sidewalls gave up and the rim was on the ground in a matter of seconds.
So basically l am looking at two new rears as l generally don’t like secondhands, and two new fronts as they’re also past their best. Thing is l often thought the 650’s to be a bit wallowy for a hedger so the question is would a 580/70 be a bit firmer or make any difference at all?

For my money, these steel belted BKT tyres are the bee's knees and cat's pajamas for hedge cutting tractors.

I’d stick with 650. What pressure did you have in them?

A 580 has the same exact height of sidewall so I doubt that will do you any good. I'd say look at a tyre with as high a loadrating as possible, and well, put some more air than 20 psi would be the easiest fix. Although now at 0 psi it might be the least wallowy.
