Any thoughts?

Trying it with zero milk withhold anti-inflammatory on mild cases, rather than straight in with antibiotics.

Actually started putting it on before attaching the milker, antibiotics or not the quarter will milk out better and quicker. Less milk to strip before treating

We get great results from mint, typically mastitis appears with high nitrogen grass or our selenium and zinc levels are low , luckily we have only treated 4 cows this season.

Wouldn't be without the stuff! Best get it on early, if a quarter feels tight when you dip get some on there, doesn't cost much in the scheme of things.

Good for knees, pulled muscles too.

I've used the bolus, from .mayo and anothern, both were garlic extract with cider vinegar I think, though they were a little expensive, also used a serum that I injected into the udder , I think they have a place if early enough , I did use them on very high cell cows, to see the outcome, and I'm not disappointed so far

Slightly off topic but saw a no withdrawal tube advertised the other day called Masprep, has anyone used it?
No mention of CMT to ensure milk is saleable just
"Thoroughly milk out the offending Quarter & apply 2 Tubes of MASPREP followed by 1 Tube twice daily until the milk is clear. "

Clear of what?

I think they look the same stuff as was on the go 20 years ago, with Aloe vera in in it, works on some cows but not all,
but with the tubes that are left on the go now since Tetra Delta was taken away it might be worth a try, most of the rest don't work !!
