I see theres another 2 companies registered at Acorn House that seem to have forgotten to file their accounts which are now overdue Landman & Landman Property Consultants. Seems to be a lot of debt in there
But Landman is described as a third party and one willing to contribute £15,000 within 14 days to permit Des to flush Acorn Agricultural Finance down the pan after his repeated failure to address his CVA obligations. This offer represents 2.5 pence in the pound when he earlier indicated 100 pence in the pound.

Good old Toad, running to form and Mole there to shovel his s--t and flushing the pan.

Don't overlook the pig farm! With that shortfall the cum will be seven figures plus. The reality of the personal guarantees will then be tested.
I wonder if DP will argue he was coerced into signing personal guarantees, let's face it, it is an art form in which over many years he is well practised.
Might be unwise to rejoice over the downfall of the ' Acorn Empire' alone. For recompense it is essential to keep the banks, lawyers, valuers, in house experts in the loop and expose their deceit. Hopefully from the ashes of Acorn recompense will arise.

Totally agree,Phillips is already rumoured to be' buttering up' an investor, presumably to buy back the office building and rent it to the new miracle workers Agri Funding.
You'd think one of his oldest allies would do him a favour and dip into that Hoares account, after all he has been leaching off Des for years,as have all his professional friends, who will quite happily walk away leaving Des without a pot to p!ss in.

busy weekend for some maybe

You must tell Companies House if you want to change your company’s registered office address. If the change is approved, they will tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

You must tell HMRC if:
your business’ contact details change - for example, your name, business name or your personal or trading address

You must tell Companies House within 14 days if you make changes to:
the address where you keep your records, and which records you keep there
There are many different people who you should inform of any change to the company’s registered office address, including:

Bankers
Auditors
Solicitors, accountants and other professionals
HMRC – with respect to PAYE, VAT, share schemes and corporation tax

I'm sure Milsted Langdon will be burning the midnight oil to ensure that such a high profile client meets all their regulatory requirements, although, given their statements on the last set of audited accounts ,they must be as surprised as anyone that their client could secure a new £200M funding line,or is this like a North Korean missile, failing before take off.:)

If he actually has a £200M credit line I wonder how the Humphrey's who killed off the £100M "Agribond" will view that, letting this crook loose to create even greater damage than has gone before! Surely that's twice the reason to stop him again and quickly. There again probably bulls--t, if he had such a credit line why didn't he stop the eviction and settle with Lendy, thus confirming "he is a Finance Broker with good lender contacts" which would have enabled him to settle last October, per the assurance on the other thread? Avoiding the ducking and weaving that has prevailed with them for the last six months on the Tin Shed and twelve months on the "Pig Farm".

Yes,seems to be the imaginative last works of a desperate chancer, spread a rumour about a funding line, back it up with an advertising campaign and use this to persuade a monied friend(?) to buy the office building as an investment with new financial gurus in situ.
Well ,if it works it may well be Des and co's Hatton Garden.

Think you've done poor old Des down there @Red Bull.
Apparently ,the boast at the time, and rumoured to be used to lure in professionals to come on board was 'we have a £500 million funding line..........we are going to be bigger than the AMC'
Well Rodney............the rest as they say is history.

Agree £500 million was the proposed bond of which £100 million was the first tranche. The prospect of him going international seems to have provoked the action that it did. They were running around at that time saying they were now a bank, did they not? Ditched the 3 wheeler and bought a new Range Rover to celebrate.

Even getting a judge to recognise fraud in relation to banking is very difficult. Its normally just swept under the carpet. In my own case two clear examples hence the reporting to the SFO but everything on hold until the appeal has been sorted out.
