I have fallen foul of this. They started off with in-house solicitors then cherry picked the mediator and expert witness finally going to Eversheds the UK largest solicitors and using a London barrister. All for an inital loan of 30k which has been repaid to the tune of 50k. I know my costs will be in excess of 50k so what there fees will be I dread to think.

Yeah and how many billionaires has Trump got on his team @Acornworm, lots of rhetoric but as usual all words and no action. Corbin is a joke mind, he's completely lost as far as I can see, still thinks it's 1970 and can't find a road out of London even if it is in his bike

Good news for those whose cases have been recognised, but how many more cases have gone under the radar, and how much money have Lloyds set aside for the victims of their so called Business Support Unit.................or are they going to spend hundreds of millions defending their criminality as well.I rather think the latest £500million profit will not be enough to compensate all these victims, several multi million£ victims of this seperate fraud.
More to the point who gave these bankers carte blanche to act in such a manner,my suspicions rest with the one eyed genius who managed to sell all our gold at rock bottom prices and a long standing ally in the Treasury ,who Mrs May soon dispensed with, perhaps advised by a manipulative lawyer, who knows?
