Well done Noel, the new advert is brilliant, the only thing is they are STILL defrauding customers, and have serious links to UK Acorn and other Companies Associated to UK Acorn

Key rulings from Williams Appeal
deceitful misrepresentation is overarching this part of original case stands Appeal rejected
Dishonisty charge
The Solicitors Regulation Authority failed to cross examine Mr Williams over 3.9 million valuation the S R A confirm this as a minor error court grants Mr Williams appeal
Mr Williams has 10 days to except ( from 3/6/2017 ) the Courts judgment over the dishonisty charge
Solicitors Regulation Authority are free to appeal against the striking out of the dishonisty charge
the courts judgment is believed to be suficent to uphold the striking off desision by the Solicitors Disaplinary Tribunal

This is a man whom his peers on the basis of evidence before them was found to be dishonest and lacking in integrity.
The court found procedural irregularities about the dishonesty charge, but the lack of integrity still stands, unless it is decided that this is the same as the dishonesty charge.
Should his peers keep him in the club?
Do they want to?

Have they recognised that this might be the tip of a very large iceberg? An iceberg that has already holed one vessel below the waterline, with loss of personnel.Another vessel has lost power and is drifting dangerously close, even though Cap'n Blackwell thinks he has a firm hand on the wheel, but what of the flotilla, might they well get sucked under should the trusty (?) Cap'n get it wrong?

Well the HBOS people have at least had a proper investigation followed by charges and a trial and there is a pot of money to claim against.
The Highbridge gang and their "friends" have been protected from a criminal investigation, and hiode the proceeds of their wrongdoing by serial liquidation of companies and companies with apparently no assets, so hampering civil redress.
That is the difference.

I still dont understand how Williams appeal case has been dealt with so quickly. My case was within days of Williams yet not even a sniff of an appeal earliest review will be October.

Is this man still a consultant at Kennedys? Might be of concern to those who had unfavourable dealings with him at Burges Salmon.
This tread is very important why has it gone on for so long, I am guilty of not ready every participant, but why would I when surely the best answer is just blank the business and put them in court, with good evidence of wrong doings. Sorry if my response is to simple but after this length of time just kill it!

That assumes you get a fair trial in court unfortunately UK justice does not work like that when it comes to dealing with the banking community. For over a decade the banks have been beyond the law due to there dominance of the UK economy. Only now are the first cracks appearing in this dubious industry.

Unfortunately, and no disrespect, its not quite as simple as that.
The UK group of Companies are effectively hiding behind the veil of incorporation, there would be insufficient assets to pursue to justify the huge cost of a civil case, and no chance of redress for the countless number of people who have had their lives ruined.A web of deceipt has been woven,so complicated that it deters all attempts at investigation .You must remember the smartest lawyers are in private practice, not working for the Serious Fraud Office, to unravel this the lawyers need to be equally as adept as those who designed it.
