UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

The Plymouth Herald report highlights another aspect of this banking behavior which most of us and many others who do not make use of this forum to vent their frustration and anger, will never recover from or be compensated for, and that is the mental cruelty and resultant suffering.
Who amongst us does does not live near Acornworn close to the edge of sanity.
Some might argue I lost my sanity a long time ago, probably the day I believed Des Phillips.

The agricultural lease issue is expected to be resolved shortly and we continue to work with the proposed purchaser in regards completing on the sale of the property

Above from Lendy weekly report.
Presumably the agricultural lease issue is an agreement between the farmer and the company who raised the mortgage.Wasn't said farmer sole director of said company at that time? Another arms length transaction then;)

Since the Receiver was appointed September 19th 2016, it has taken 12 months to establish there is an issue regarding a problematic lease still to be resolved. Considering 12 months ago it was to be sold to resolve the issue not a lot has happened. Is it Des at work again, looking for consensual settlement on his terms?

Seems the Edmonds publicity bandwagon has found another gear, might have helped if the articles weren't all about him but about people who have lost everything .There is ample evidence out there of Lloyds and their minions throwing the rule book out of the window.Edmonds' litigation funders should be finding supporting cases that clearly demonstrate how Lloyds and their agents clearly prevented people from escaping their clutches.

Noel Edmonds can receive the press attention by his celebrity status, but let us remember those who succeeded where Mr Edmonds failed. They being entrapped by the convicted frauster subject of this thread, entrapped not because they were "cash strapped farmers" but because they were asset rich individuals there to be exploited, these individuals being just one aspect of the Highbridge Ponzi Scheme.

Lets not forget its not just one bad apple but a whole banking culture organized by the banks and condoned by the financial authorities supported by the government as the city is king. I still find it shocking that this country no longer gives an automatic right to appeal despite numerous miscarriage of justice cases over the years.

Red Bull you are 100% right
Classic to the scam were all victims had to be sole traders preferably experiencing difficulties with their bankers some were even businesses who were wishing to expand & were in no way experiencing financial problems some were introduced directly by their bankers to U K
All main stream banks have been associated with U K
U K received large undeclared payments from lenders involved in this scam
All victims were. still cash rich U K & their associated lenders were able through exsesive fees & charges were able to strip remaining assets out & pocket the procceds
In our case a loan of £ 1.4 million had £ 50.000 striped out in charges yet the full figure of £ 1.4 million was used to register the charge again the same figures were used to repossess the property
The notorious receiver N Burd was appointed by the lender we have checked with the insolvency service they hold no records relating to the property or any insolvency all done in breach of the law of property act 1925

Some very good points there @Dog catcher . It makes me shudder to think what would have happened should Avon and Somerset Police had decided to investigate this three or so years ago when they received a mass number of complaints.I rather think that it might well have been filed under t,.......too difficult.
As it is now ,we all know considerably more and understand the devious methods employed by the lenders and their lawyers and are more able to communicate this.Receivership law is pretty ambiguous and case history thin on the ground but greed always gets the better of people and this case will exemplify that.
RICS have recently kicked a clutch of complaints into touch, they didn't regulate receivers at the time (they are just about to),even though Lloyds Bank have claimed to a minister that Nick Burd is a RICS regulated receiver.only being regulated apparently as a surveyor, according to his obviously non-regulatory body.
The sole trader point you make is spot on,should anybody have been trading as a limited company their receivership documents would have to be lodged with Companies House in accordance with the Companies Act,but as a sole trader no protection,no scrutiny,no documentation.
As you say all the mainstream banks have been involved with the UK group of companies and they no doubt have been aided considerably by directors who have previously worked for these banks, but what is becoming clear is that the banks were aware of the oddity that is the Phillips operation, choosing to turn a blind eye on what they considered to be third party lending. The fact that banks were referring their clients to Phillips makes it even harder to stomach.
This perhaps is the protection that Phillips and co are relying on, but could ultimately prove their undoing when these gutless creeps blab rather than face the fate of the HBOS criminals.

Indeed, makes you wonder who you can trust.
Though in the Highbridge scheme of things 1.5% commission is hardly worth them getting out of bed for, so I doubt if there is any connection.

I wonder if Damian Webb and Phillip Sykes, receivers of Brent Farms Ltd,raised a glass yesterday to celebrate 12 months of their receivership ....................................,the lenders to Lendy/Saving Stream certainly won't be:(
