Good follow up from Ruth Sunderland article in today’s Sunday Mail over welmed by emails she’s recied this week on another note Scottish police opening a investigation in to RBS

Like it or loathe it,seems the Mail on Sunday have got a handle on this and have probably come to realise the scale of the problem. It is perfectly clear that these types of fraud were carried out in one way or another by all the major banks and smaller lenders alike.
The real winners as always are the lawyers,and will continue to be.Until there is a body that has a clear mandate to investigate, prosecute and compensate then this will take years to sort out.

Yes the report on BBC1 news tonight clearly showed that government along with FCA new quite well what was going on with RBS reguerding global restructuring close Freind of mine caught up in this he has aherendus story nearly broke him mentally and financially many of us still going through so chin up and stuggle On !!

Problem is the FCA say they do not do individual investigations so how are they supposed to know what is going on. I have tried to contact the person who issued the FCA 1.75m fine to Cheshire Mortgage but nobody even responded.

Well that is certainly true in my case. We have 11 Judges on the financial list so you would expect a financial case to be heard or at least go to Appeal in front of one of these experts but no. I ended up with a Judge who has never heard of a precomputed loan (ie the sort that caused the financial crash in America). Who thinks a mortgage company does bridging loans despite it being in breach of the financial rules. And it is quite acceptable to change a repayment mortgage to an interest only mortgage at the rate of 2% per month. At one time you where guaranteed the right to Appeal so you could bring the Judge to account but since 2016 even that has been denied.

The H S B C Banker jailed in the U S A was transferring billions to a U K based company H S B C probably handeled this companies day to day banking & were earning plenty of fees in the first place not happy whith this they concoct a scheme to rip their customer of until a lot more of these individuals go to jail small business customers are up a certain creek without a paddle

The Banks have paid the Goverment 31:5 billions in the last fiscal year ( City A M ) in tax could this be a bribe plenty their to compensate us all &finaly correct a grave injustice
Plus £19.5 billions from foreign registered Banks
Plus fines imposed for misconduct which go direct to the treasury not the victims

So,hypothetically,a large legal firm with 'legacy problems' enters in such an agreement,does this then mean that David Green impresses on investigating agencies that the matter has been dealt with by the SFO,effectively blocking any further investigation?

Have a look at Baileys letter within that document. Actually admits that Commercial lending is not within the remit of the FCA. In that case who has the remit for Commercial lending or is it as I suspect the wild west where bankers are beyond control.

But where do you go and complain about a judge who has never heard of a pre-computed loan. In my books anyone with such financial ignorance should not be allowed to judge financial cases. Just in case your wondering pre-computed loans where largely responsible for the Financial loan crash in America which led to the financial crash throughout the rest of the world.
