About time, their antics with their LPA receiver Nick Burd would put any bankto SHAMELloyds now dragged into it,

I think the antics of Lloyds BSU will dwarf RBS/GRG.Forged documents, abuse of position ,all the same sort of thing.
The SFO can only see fraud if they actually collect the evidence to investigate, their lack of collecting evidence from Lloyds/Acorn victim stinks of incompetence or even worsehttps://www.bloomberg.com/news/feat...collar-cops-are-getting-too-good-at-their-job
The above article admirably explains a lot, just as we all thought.
However the UK group and associates fiasco is a relatively small problem, and easily provable frauds. Makes you wonder why SFO apparently passed up the opportunity to show how good UK PLC can be at prosecuting the bad guys, and making an example.
Getting their act together? I don't think so.https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/business/fraud-office-pursues-a-retrial-of-tesco-bosses-vc6s72wnq. Looks as if SFO are finally getting there act together??
