UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

B B C interview with the Spaniard on Today program about their vast profits no word about R B S & it’s mistreatment of S M E s all Forum members need to complain to B B C who appear to be assisting the coverup

But Supreme Court Justice Lord Kerr said: "By a majority, we have held that failures in the investigation of the crimes, provided they are sufficiently serious, will give rise to liability on the part of the police.

He continued: "The important point to make is that, if the investigation is seriously defective, even if no systemic failures are present, this will be enough to render the police liable."

What about non existent let alone defective?????

It is difficult to underestimate the significance of Lord Kerr’s judgment
If any Police force refuses to investigate alleged crime that Police force is liable to compensate the victims for any breach of human rights
False eviction is a breach. of human rights
We need to find out who funded this case against the Met & to consider a class action against A & S

The above article admirably explains a lot, just as we all thought.
However the UK group and associates fiasco is a relatively small problem, and easily provable frauds. Makes you wonder why SFO apparently passed up the opportunity to show how good UK PLC can be at prosecuting the bad guys, and making an example.
The SFO can only see fraud if they actually collect the evidence to investigate, their lack of collecting evidence from Lloyds/Acorn victim stinks of incompetence or even worse
