What has been going on here!?!?

No invoices or paperwork for £252,273...isnt it an offence to not hold company accounting records & what about the company accountants & HMRC VAT records. If that had been any one of us whats the odds it would be a mandatory director disqualification and/or prosecution.

£1.9m loan subordinated from UKCC to Barclays , struck off companies variously held Plas ty Coch, Brereton, Pembroke Farm, Walrow (£650,000 Lendy pig farm) churned between companies...but they apparantly had no assets according to liquidator.

Solicitors advised against taking any recovery action :scratchhead:

Has a report been sent to Insolvency Service?

What has been going on for years, that is the question?

Company House records show Phillips has held a total of 56 appointments of which only 14 claimed to be current. Of those 14 only a couple are not in the process of being flushed down the pan along with the previous 42. A failure rate of 95% swinging towards 100% with time, is not down to "bad luck". It is a reflection of the business ethos summarised by this UKCC Liquidator's report and the Lendy loans.

Despite years of lobbying no one has done anything about this - a disgrace and the affect it has had on his victim's lives and wellbeing!

This is far more interesting, note the UKCC reference and clarification of Barclays role.

It took Grant Thornton 3.5 months to place UKCC firstly into administration and then complete the sale of the Loan Book back to Phillips. It then took 6.5 years to complete the liquidation, without the co-operation of Mr Phillips of course who was too busy making hay on the proceeds. You couldn't make it up if you tried, but Des did and succeeded. There again he is always making things up and being believed. Due diligence don't even go there, mission impossible even for Grant Thornton liquidating this wreck.

Latest news on the Somerset Bush Telegraph,Des is stating that he is retiring, passing his business interests on to his daughter......aaah,so nice.Oh and I nearly forgot....................he is selling his office premises.
Would this be the daughter who has admitted in court to forging documents.
Oh never mind, they all do it don't they!

The bitch in the litter has been well trained in the ways of her father, so business as usual then. We can expect Toad to stay in the back office to avoid the flack but still weave his web, in doing so welcoming her back into the fold.

Assume the repossession hearing for the Tin Shed didn't go too well then? The personal guarantee associated with it and the Pig Farm will no doubt be worthless as well when they are played out!

WHERE ARE TOAD AND HIS COHORTS USING AS THEIR LAIR NOW??
PBL064 - Tenanted Office Block, Somerset
Prior to the hearing of 4 May 2018 Lendy were informed that the borrower had been placed into Liquidation. Notwithstanding this, the hearing of 4 May 2018 went ahead and possession of the relevant units from the tenant company linked to the borrower was obtained. The LPA Receiver will now proceed with letting the vacant units and will thereafter dispose of the property.

Would that not be incumbent on Mr Russell of Albert Goodman to make this report ? In the knowledge of the nature of the business UKMFS was carrying out, he must surely realise that it is his duty to report this matter, failure to do so would be a breach of the professional standards expected of a person so qualified.

has toad paid off all his debts to barclays & co-op then? That state pension wont stretch very far to keep toad hall from 'being sold' like tin shed.

I hear that liquidators report has been 'noted' elsewhere ;)
