Yes I tip my hat to you Noel you certainly get resultshttp://noel.world/noel-news/scoop-lloyds-drop-the-black-horse-logo/
absolutely brilliant, at least he makes you smile.
Tenanted Office Block, SomersetDes has made many, many claims over the years, many spurious, some with a grain of truth and possibly, just possibly some factual, but doubtful.
One claim he made some 8 years ago was that Acorn was established at the behest of Barclay's to purchase back his distressed loan book, which failed because he hadn't been making payments, surprise, surprise!!
Events over the last 8 years and the distress created for all who have been touched by his business ventures, can be traced back to this light bulb moment. Was this a wild claim or not in the circumstances, well Barclay's saved him 4 years later with the Co-op Bank?!
Draw your own conclusions.
This is a step in the right direction but when the dust settles and the cumulative shortfall on both the pig farm and the tin shed is quantifiable, Lendy should ensure the barsteward is pursued for fraud and not be put off by claims it is civil, thereby saving the face of "officialdom". These loans were sought with deceit and intent, therefore criminal, as he has conducted his business life throughout.Tenanted Office Block, Somerset
We are pleased to confirm that after many months, and protracted litigation, Lendy successfully obtained vacant possession of the security property on 25 September 2018
Bankruptcy is part and parcel of the D.V.P. Business cycle, the precursor for him to start the cycle again. The only feasable answer is to lock him up for a long, long time.Presumably Lendy will now petition for bankruptcy on the personal guarantees,to save face if nothing else.I would guess that they might take the view that any course of action against the companies involved would be pointless and costly.A lesson hard learnt,to the detriment of the investors, but due diligence would have been well rewarded.
Any issues of criminality will rest with the Official Receiver,I'm not holding my breath
Good to see DVJP finally getting a bit of his own eviction medicineBankruptcy is part and parcel of the D.V.P. Business cycle, the precursor for him to start the cycle again. The only feasable answer is to lock him up for a long, long time.
This reads as a rehash of the Acorn/Agribond promotions, the new cycle underway and the same outcome already. Toadish spin fronted by an N.D.A. masked forger.
Good to see DVJP finally getting a bit of his own eviction medicine
See there is a debate about banking fraud next Tuesday 9th October
4.30 pm - 6.00 pm
Westminster Hall debate
Investigation of business banking fraud - Mr William Wragg

Try to get some MP's involved.
This is about criminal fraud which we all have evidence of but so far stonewalled, by a number of Police bodies, about actually investigating.
Investigating as in visiting victims, taking statements looking at and taking copies of evidence, rather than calling in the directors of these dodgy "banks" who say "we did nothing wrong" and Police say "of course not, sorry to bother you Sir".
Without even a thought that to use that term of address to creatures of that ilk is debasing the English language.
You need to contact your MP with evidence and persuade him to take part. Can have my case for evidence. cannot be more clear cut but then it exposes how criminally involved the legal profession and judiciary are involved and obviously thats to big a boat to rock.
