UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

Interesting bit of gossip, not yet on Companies House,Commercial First Business Ltd have appointed Duff and Phelps as administrators on the 7th November.
CFBL obtained mortgages on a large amount of farmland, much of it brokered by Des Phillips's companies.Directors of CFBL were also directors of UKCC ,another Des Phillips company.
CFBL claimed to be lenders, but in fact the 'loans were funded on completion' by an associated company in the CF group,Commercial First Mortgages.
CFBL was in fact a loan sourcer, who paid large unlawful ,undisclosed commissions to people such as Phillips to find borrowers.
These loans were then securitised (sold on) as mortgage based securities, not what the borrower probably expected.
A lot of people will follow this with interest:eek:

I am all in favour of a tribunal but there is no talk about actually putting these banking fraudsters behind bars. Theres also no talk of forcing the police to take on every fraud case where clear evidence of fraud can be provided.Even going to court is no guarantee of justice as Judges can quite easily be manipulated and with no right to Appeal they can do whatever they like in there court and get away with it.
