What has happened to justice in the UK. Just been stitched up by a firm of solicitors trading as an LLP but sued me as a dormant Ltd company and the Judge still found in there favour even though the dormant company has never ever done any work for me.

I was stitched up by a trust which was awarded human rights and i was not.
A trust is not human so as to evade tax , yet it can still claim to have human rights.
Fudging nonsense

Important now to make sure the victims of the UK Group of companies /Burges Salmon/Commercial First/Barclays Capital don't get left behind when A and S Police are forced to investigate.....which they will be.
Some 6 years ago on this thread the potential costs of an investigation by Avon & Somerset, just into the then 44 Phillip's victims would mitigate against such occurring. This after the meetings the principals at A & S including Sue Mountstevens had with Jacob Rees Mogg on the subject.

What confidence can anyone have that they would carry out an investigation with any meaningful intent now, when so much collateral damage has arisen over time and compromising those other law enforcement agencies who have relied on and endorsed their falsehoods?

One consolation is that they cannot now hide behind the meeting they had with "other agencies" in September 2012 as justification for their failure in the Phillip's complaints. There appears to be a basic operational failure in A & S which has been apparent to ourselves for years. Will it now be addressed and by whom, that is the question?
