Hammond F C A S F O the Banking sector all have done nothing about redress since 2008

The real problem is you cannot get justice through the courts now that they have changed the rules so you no longer have the right to Appeal. So any judge knobbled in the lower court will not have there judgement overturned.

Daily Mail report claims Edmonds is to relaunch his claim on a criminal basis against the management of H B O S at the time of the merger with Lloyds
Out of those convicted one principal who was charged separately relating to the alleged fraud & acquitted was a principal of a certain law firm accused of providing advice relating to mortgages & loans which were against their clients interests

Rumour is that the Thames Valley Police review of Avon & Somerset's dealing with the multiple complainants about Acorn, Burd , Burges Salmon,Lloyds BSU etc, could be a little disappointing.I suppose it is a foregone conclusion, TVP had to review the evidence held by A&S to see if fraud was evident, we know A&S took no evidence, so finding it, or failing to interview the complainants is a sure fire way to produce a pretty negative outcome.
Would have taken years anyway

Avon & Somerset in the news this morning it’s going to give freebies to drug dealers instead of prosecuting them stating it will give them a second chance at life perhaps Lloyds or B S are sponsors
Very interested to know when any of us will get the same treatment
