Uk census

I’ve just filled in my Scottish census, which because Nippy Nic’s in charge up here, has to have probing questions on gender, race, nationality etc.

Did the UK census have similar questions?

Eg:

Are you Trans?
What is your sexuality?
What nationality do you identify with most?

If you said you weren’t in full time employment you were sent down a rabbit hole asking various questions regarding what you’d need to convince you to work.

I don’t remember the last census being so fecking nosey.

Didn't get the chance to fill ours in, 18 year old daughter did it. Can however assure you that invited had had anything like you mention we would have heard lots about it.

I’m sure the last census had a lot of options for sexuality that I didn’t know the meaning of.

It was harder to define the language questions. Gaelic easy don't understand,speak or write. but "Scots" not fully defined to be of value. I'm lucky that can understand "Lowland" "Doric" and the North dialects which I think some brite spark in a disertation has named "Nord". But then maybe I answered the question wrongly, or did I not understand it. Typical government asking stupid questions and never answer important ones.

Why should a blood Bank not need to know, by dictate, where you got the asset you are trying to deposit from, same as any other bank?
