Went to get some bolts from a small hire company I use, owner said he is flat out and has been due to others closing up, we had to queue up outside and let in one at a time, was talking to a few others, three had gone back to work this week due to money issues and boredom, one said he knew of other companies going back next week

More businesses are allowed to open here, starting next Tuesday, as we go down to Level 3 of the 'lockdown'. Lots of changes on how they can operate though.
Food outlets can open for drive through or contactless pickup.
Schools can open for those under 14 (I think) but there's reportedly hardly anyone going to send the kids there, as the teachers have managed to scare everyone off with the rules they intend to enforce.
If we can get down to level 2 things should improve.

Had an interesting conference call at work today it was mentioned a huge percentage of staff didn’t feel safe coming back to the office and that the general consensus was legal firms previously chasing ppi claims are gearing up to put claims against employers putting employees at risk of being in contact with the virus. Apparently the first pi claim went in today against the ski village that was supposedly instrumental in dispatching Covid 19 strange times right now

Didn't feel safe or didn't want to go back?
The big problem with telling people to go home and isolate was always going to be, how do you get them to go back again.

Tis a great question and in our pc world now we will never know the motive. Either way it’s going to be hard work getting back up and running

Motorway has been noticeably busier when I have crossed the bridge over it numerous times this week.
It’s noticeable on most roads, I went to a block of land a few miles away on tractor, about 6 miles on a483 first week of lockdown and both ways not one vehicle came up behind me although I did meet several coming the other way.
Did same journey yesterday and whilst not as busy as normal I had several cars follow/overtake
I’d say the levels of traffic at the moment are about ideal, they are usually excessive

I have a friend who is a delivery driver mostly to schools but also shops and cafes.
Furloughed at the moment but is not going back to work until its is 'safe', even though they pretty much work alone.
