Apparently the French government have a letter from the Australian government dated the same date as they announced the contact with then was to be cancelled, stating everything was in order for the next phase to commence. Which would concur with Lockheed-Martin awarding contracts for the project to a number of Australian companies only 48 hrs before it was cancelled. And here's me thinking Bozza's government doesn't know its A from its E. :ROFLMAO: :banghead:

Does anyone remember the Falklands war and who supplied the weapons to the Argies?

Oh dear. A few Argie scrap metal dealers toddled over to the Malvinas to do a bit of hawking. Maggie in dire political straits at home, saw an opportunity to wage a totally unnecessary war, 8,000 miles from home, to save her political ass.
Even then, her top brass had to tell her, there was absolutely no guarantee of victory, even though the Argie army, was made up largely of malnourished, half clothed, under trained, under equipped young boys.
Never fear though, good Ole Ronnie Reagan and the Republicans, ride to the rescue, bless him….

I'm surprised you arent happy that Oz are getting a better defence capability, the hole you keep digging you must have nearly arrived down under.

It wasnt the first time and doubt it willbe the last time the French did the dirty on the UK, it's funny how it's just one section of society that forgets how the French always act.

Perhaps he is a mole. Wind in the willows is his scene. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
