Underwater Cement

Can anyone suggest a mix for underwater cement - to waterproof the inside of a farm water storage tank?

Particularly can you recommend admix and plasticiser (?) to make it more waterproof.

i take it the water doesnt run in the tank or you can stop it long enough for the concrete to go off

One thing I do know is it is very difficult to do.
How about lining with butyl or possibly glass fibre coating

concreating underwater isnt that difficult, last slurry tank we done dad n me sucked the water out , went in for dinner, came out when concreate lorry arrived, there was about 6 inches of water in the bottom again, we just put the concreate in n it was fine
took about a week to set

I should have said the tank is empty (we're running off a temporary rig), so no prob letting it dry out before or after applying the cement.

Yes according to the blurb, it can be done:

Interested to hear you've done it. Not that it's relevant in our case, as we've emptied the tank, but maybe Sika is our answer?

Concrete will set fine under water as long as the water isnt running to wash the cement out

Sika advise Sika-1 added to the cement should waterproof it. But takes 28days to cure during which tank must be empty ...!!

Anyone used it or something similar?

When ordinary Portland cement was invented, one of its' huge advantages was that it would set under water, done it many times when the site is wet, raining etc, just takes a bit longer.

As above, running water a no no.

There is a lot of difference between setting and being watertight after setting.
If water holding is critical I would go for another option
