Why are you using it?

Given all the issues.
Because it's supposed to be a very good product. In shed. Paid for. Going on holiday end of next week.

I've put it on on its own, in 200lt, clean sprayer etc. If it breaks stuff then they will get the bill.

Used revystar at T1, so what do I get to replace it? At short notice? And be left with 80lt / £4k of gear in the shed for next year.

I wouldn’t want it left in the chemical store too long as it sounds like it may rot the container before next year.

Isn’t this quite surprising? Weren’t these products available in Ireland last year? Surely someone would have noticed? Luckily we used revystar because of the less stringent buffer requirement.

Did 170 ac on Thursday, and another 120 today, nothing to report 🤞

Edit to add…… while I was doing that, the other sprayer was on the same mix, but out of action, having new diaphragms fitted 🤔

Would be interesting if people said what machine they used and if they had a problem or not to see if there is any pattern
Amazone 115 litres of product no problems ………………yet

Sands Vision 4.0, changed over 20 of the 48 diaphragms so far on the arag air shutoff after using 360L of Piqtiga this week @100-120l/ha. Washed out overnight. Diaphragms varied from complete destruction to centres missing to small holes or just soft and not working correctly.
Chafer Interceptor, changed maybe 8-10 piston/plungers with damaged O rings on hypro duo-react nozzles after using a similar amount of Univoq this week. Also washed out overnight, similar water rates.
By the time we read Cortevas advice to up the water rates it was to late we had sprayed most of it already.
Seems sprayers with PWM are where the most expensive damage is happening.

Have used 200 lts of batch MAR22CEO 18 with no apparent problems through Sands Horizon, at 100lts (most before issue raised). Proper wash out when finished, but took filters out yesterday and it still smells strongly of chem, so it’s pretty persistent. Will see if any problems occur going forward, but hope it is a batch issue.
