Landquip mounted sprayed at 125 litres mixed with mn and phoenix and a bit of growth reg. Literally same as last year. No problems either year. Sprayed nirvana on vining peas since and still no problems. I do wash out every evening mind if that helps?

Has the batch numbers, quoted earlier in the thread, been confirmed as the problem. We have some in store batch FEB22CEO002.

The stuff I had problems with was the Feb 22CEO002 , rest was April and not so bad but still had a few .
Used 180 ltrs of Univoq in a mix at 150 LTRS / HA , RB35 Bateman , Arag chemsaver diaphams , had 25 fail during actual spraying
so then changed the rest on 36m boom however I had already changed 14 before and the 14 " newer " ones are fine.
( can tell difference as originals are yellow and replacements are black )

I understand there is a sister product that only Agrii are selling, forgotten name, also genuine Corteva, is this causing similar problems?

One of my friend's pumps started to act up after using it even after he washed out that night, put some activator 90 in and it cleaned her out and got going again. Lots of problems around here with the bloody stuff, cant see anyone using it again.

It’s not looking good for me, just sprayed 34ha with it and last 8 ha Ramsey valve failing to build up pressure. Just washing out now and going back to the workshop to take apart.

I wouldn't want to be their rep who turns up to NIAB field days. Massive CR problem. They should at least be contacting suppliers to reassure customers that they will cover the damage and time. Instead there is some wish washy paragraph on their website.

Looks to me as that statement is the beginning of a blame deflection process. IE it was your fault for tank mixing, your fault for not using 200 litres ha and your fault for not washing out every hour. If you can prove you did none of the above then we may consider other reasons why its still your fault

Sprayed 40 ha Peacoq manufactured April, mixed with Priaxor , Mn and Mg. 125l/ha then washout then tank of Revy. That was 5 days ago and seen no obvious damage as yet. New diaphragms beginning of the season

They don't even need to do that.

According to their label. Looks like the cost of fixing your sprayer is on you and Corteva are going to wash their hands of it. Just don't buy anything of theirs next year if they don't support you.

It seams it had coated my filters with a clear film. I did add some zypar for the last 9ha so I’m wondering if this is the cause on my problem. Done 8ha of round up and multiple clean water washes and seams ok for now.

Rightly or wrongly I sent ours back for something else. With T2 looking like short weather windows / opportunity grabbing between wind and showers didn’t think it was worth the risk of a load of hassle and missing those chances. All sprayed up over the weekend, windy and damp again so happy with the decision.
