Anyone having issues with drip stop valve rubbers failing when spraying Corteva’s Univoq, Iconiq or similar?

Seems to a bit of an issue among sprayer drivers having widespread DSV failure on FB.

I’ve seen the same and looked in my Chen store to find some univoq been delivered for a customer yesterday. Not used it yet and not so keen to either now.

Fingers crossed I’ve been okay, done about 450ha since Sunday morning with bateman on the last load now. Horsch he has had to change 2 diaphragms but that could be coincidence. In total used over 1000l.

we have been using quite a mixture of goodies in the tank, foliar urea n20 at 25l/ha, fulvic acid, citric acid, molasses which may be helping?
As I write this last load is univoq on its own and just noticed some dripping…!

I think my diaphragms on my bateman are so ancient that they could shake off lava. Finished t2 now so washed it thoroughly, will put some water in tomorrow and see if it’s okay

Well, I'm going to use it, but as I've only a small area I shall clean the tank out; use the univoq on its own as per the instructions above; and then go back and apply the rest later.
