Univoq / Iconiq drip stop issues?

Was told about this earlier.
Been doing my T2 very slowly since Saturday with univoq in the mix.
Haven't noticed anything dripping, yet! I'll have to check once I'm done.
More worried that it's going to eat the diaphragms in the pump than the dcv seals.

started on Saturday, not washed out till today. Just had teb mixed with it. New Amazone sprayer.
New diaphragms I’ve put in have held up. Just over a year old and about 10,000ha of use ones are have nearly all been replaced in the last 3 days. Must of put 40 new ones in. It’s the damage that hasn’t shown up yet that I’m worried about! I’ve gone onto different chemistry and had no problem, back onto inatreq stuff and every time I’ve gone to fill up there’s another nozzle leaking

if I’m honest I think it’s a horrible chemical that seems more like traffic film remover. Half think I need to wash the machine down cause I hate to think what it’s going to do to the paintwork

It's been too wet and windy since Saturday for spraying and I have one field that I was going to add topic in with the T2 but the boots splitting. I'm minded to leave it out.
Any superior knowledge agree?
I wouldn’t like to say personally but have been told by more learned people in the past it’s okay. Must happen pretty regularly I would have thought?

Was told I’d get scorch if I tried that, you had any scorch issues?
No. It’s only 5kg of N. Did the first lot on Saturday and it seems okay. The point of the citric acid, fulvic acid is to stop scorch and make it work better. This was joel Williams advice.

Finished spraying Univoq today, thank goodness. Bloody horrible crap. Learnt the hard way it works best at 200 litres with flat fans. Its knackered 2 DCVs on the end nozzles but I'm worried what damage its caused internally. Never again will I put that stuff through my sprayer

Thanks, are you testing the pH of the mix or just applying a certain amount of citric acid g/ha?

I tested our water ph a couple years ago so just the right amount of citric in. I haven’t test the spray mix although should.
I did manage to get hold of a list of active ingredients and their ideal PH for efficacy

Do you think water rates could have a bearing on damage?
No. I’ve been at 180l/ha. In my opinion the chemical is just wearing rubber out quicker. The new diaphragms I put in I never had a problem with… but nearly all the old ones have gone within the space of 3 days. All that happens at higher water rates is the concentration of spray going around the sprayer is less. Be better off not putting it in. Wish I still had mine to do as it would be sent back
