Never grown it. Do I look up the disease resistance for you?

What disappoints me is my Elatus Era which we had in stock was taken away on Wednesday and replaced with Univoq on Thursday. At the time I wasn’t aware of sprayer issues and thought it must have been swapped for sound agronomic reasons. Maybe it was. But I’m feeling a bit angry about it. I am just doing a bit of asking on here before completely losing my rag, or not.

4 air operated shut off valves for my sprayer would be £1000. DCV diaphragms less.
Do I risk using it? I’ll bet there won’t be anybody footing the bill other than myself if it does cause damage. Feeling badly let down.

That would appear to be a suspect move, the issues arose Tuesday/Wednesday and Corteva released their statement Wednesday
You’ll probably get a response that they were responding to the increased septoria pressure after the recent rain…

Sprayed Wednesday ant Thursday
Washed out at night
Had problems with o ring in the return system check valve which may have not cleaned out properly
Not as yet had problems with dcv s

now finished using univoq straight 100 litres per ha Househam spirit with dcv drip stops

If we use it again next year I will mix spray up in advance in a can and put rubber rings and diaphrams in soak or a week or two
Even if corteva say they have changed the formulation

did any one trial it last year or has the formulation changed

in the past there have been problems with
Folicur blocking jets

sportak rubber degradation

betenal rubber degradation

Any others ???

Corteva are saying that they have had no trouble with their products in France or here when they were used for T1 so are trying to find the problem! It’s just a case of wait and see but I will be keeping any invoices for any rubber products on my sprayer from now on until they have sorted out the problem.

Did 160 ha yesterday and the day before, 5 way mix in 100 to 120lts, ran some clean water round the boom after each field. Followed by a few loads not containing univoq. No problems with dcvs, had a pump diaphragm go, but that was entirely my fault for thinking it was quite a while since I'd had one go🤦. Stripped pump today, and just looks like an ordinary split, so chances are just coincidence.
