Unknown tractor ID

Anyone have any clue as to what tractor make this is:

The picture was taken in Poland, but its thought the tractor came from Germany. You can just about make out a badge on the front with a kind of spread eagle wing design. It belongs to the family of a friend of mine, they want to restore it.
