Upland farm rents

What would a ball park figure be for FBT rent in a SLFA ? 200 acres of fairly steep hill and 100 acres of more accessible land, with a handful of buildings, some of which not suitable for modern machinery. No house. Entitlements with the land.

In all honesty these smaller upland farms will struggle to generate much profit at all with no SFP, even if the land is for nothing, unless they have some kind of higher value or added value enterprise.

The wise farmers in the uplands have diversified already, be it holidays, laying hens, or green energy to name a few.
