Support Request Uploading videos

I've tried several times in the past to upload videos I've received over WhatsApp and never been successful.

Tried again tonight and all I get after attaching the file is the upload progress bar goes to 100% then I get an error message saying

"The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension"

Videos are in MP4 format.

Any help?

I have to say, I didn't think you were allowed to on here - they had to be hosted on Youtube. I'll look at the settings.
