We used liquid urea on a dairy farm I was on.
10,000 litre tank with a Honda trash pump to agitate, basically we'd half fill the water and then add in urea til the outside of the tank froze up, top it up and add more urea, as well as an inhibitor called "LessN" which basically meant half rates gave a similar response.
Worked well, be aware that urea granules are "built on" a small speck of slag, and it all ends up in the bottom of the mixing tank as it isn't soluble. So if you suck that up, then you get blocked filters in a sprayer. The last fill of the tank we'd not agitate for this reason.

It did work well but the downside for us was the small sprayer used meant we didn't go far per tank fill, compared to using solid, but it was more cost effective due to the reduced rate, less nitrogen meant much better animal health.
