chains wearing and spockets and idellor
First set of changes changed @1700 hours and second set @ 3600 hours
I got 6000hrs out of all 3 of my js130s chains & sprockets and I've still got 2 of them (1 is a 15 tonner)
What are you doing with it? Has it a blade are you dozing with it?

Mine was over 7k hrs before they needed changing.

Lads on the pipeline were using a 24t daewoo as a personnel carrier, one in the bucket and two in the cab,no wonder the tracks wore out.

What year machine ?
JCB had a bad batch ours is amongst that batch. Chains get sloppy in a lateral movement In a couple of places around tracks.

2012. I have found nothing else that comes close to it for grading. With a tilt bucket its lovely. Drove a Volvo the other day and that was not so nice.

JCB or Isuzu engine?
Friend has just priced some and surprisingly the JCB is £2k more than the Volvo, I've not heard a lot of good said about the newer machines in term of reliability but not a lot compares to them for grading, I know! I grade sand for a living
