US to lift lamb import ban

Your market effort should be to our huge ethnic market. They are people that would gladly eat sheep meat every day if it was available. The ''average'' American would eat chops and some leg, and shun the remainder, which contains the most profit.

it’s surprising that some enterprising farmers in the USA aren’t using our production model to supply the ethnic market that’s already there and hungry for sheep meat. This looks like a potentially exciting opportunity for us…. Bring it on….. I’m happy to be paid in greenbacks…. Cash only 😎

know years ago spoke with a few people from the USA used to have 60 million sheep there at the time I spoke with them down to 6 million
main driveing factor was guys back from WW2 lived on boiled mutton once back state side hated the sight of lamb etc so demand dropped
yes after bigger cuts as alot of there lamb grown out bigger
alot seemed to be sold in boxes with farms doing there own marketing pushing grass feed systems no grain very high on no antibiotic use
alot of supermarkets etc dont stock it. have to order in
if looking to buy will look for the USA flag first
a big % remebour the Boston tea party
