I don't understand how this is difficult. Prosecution is brought on evidence of wrong doing.
It's no different from the police stopping you with admissable evidence you have been speeding.
You just don't get a letter to show up at court and prove you haven't been.
Trump's so called evidence has been thrown out of courts with predominantly Republican appointed Judges about 60 time's now.

Trumps legal cases are beyond any possible redemption. They are merely a smoke screen for a massive scam being played out on his gullible followers. Trump is taking the poor idiots for a royal ride, by collecting massive amounts of money from them, under the guise of legal costs for these cases. Most of the money ends up in his pocket!!! It’s laughable really.

Kelly Loeffler apparently confirmed last night that Trump has lost - something we all knew anyway, but most Republicans don’t admit. Speaking at an event for the Georgia runoff, she claimed that the senate “majority was at stake”. That’s not true if Pence is VP.
