can some one please tell me how to use (save as) i think its on excel
Not quite sure what it is your trying to do? Could you explain a bit further?

USB itself is a type of connection to plug something into a pc or laptop that uses a USB connector.

A USB Stick/Pen/Drive is a form of data storage that you can save files from your computer onto by plugging it into your computer and either transfering files to or saving them to it directly.

When you "save as" you will be asked where to save to, if you have the usb plugged in it will be one of the places you can save to.
No doubt if you asked Google the same question it would show you a Youtube video that will talk you through it better than I can.

If you have internet at both ends and a smartphone I would encourage anyone to forget Excel and sign up to Google mail and start using google sheets. Autosaves to cloud, accessible anywhere on any device and can share with as many people as you want. Be it one or a 100!! It can even open and convert an excel doc. MS Office is only catching up now where google have been for years. I still remember the days when we had Excel documents on a share drive that only one user could open and edit at a time and if they forgot to close it down and click save as the others couldn't open it!!!
