Used Potato Boxes

Three years ago when I packed up potatoes I was going to fire the chitting trays. Oh no, says my sister in law. I’ll sell them on eBay, worth at least a tenner a piece. Anyway some a bit wormy and nothing doing so last weekend I burnt the lot and went over the ash heap with an industrial magnet. That’s one less heap of junk to deal with. No more haggling with twits, time wasters and no shows.
Where did u get the magnet? Thats what's putting me off burning mine all the nails

@ridger Ebay. It was the sort of round disc magnet about 5" across with an eye bolt on it that people dangle from boats fishing for iron in lakes as a hobby a bit like metal detecting folk. Every day is an education. Hellish powerful though. Gets all the iron out of the ash heap so no punctures.
